Job Listing and Matching: Companies that provide an open job marketplace for job openings, or a job matchmaking platform that matches candidates to jobs based on their skills. Also includes specialized job matchmaking platforms for veterans, nurses, hospitality workers, and temporary workers.
Performance and Compensation: Companies that help businesses review employee efforts to help determine compensation, promotions, and other financial rewards. Examples include performance review software, compensation management software, and employee goal-setting software.
Recruitment Management: Companies that help businesses attract, engage, and hire the best candidates for job positions. Examples include recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling solutions.
Time Management: Companies that help businesses manage the time tracking and scheduling of its employees. Examples include employee timesheet software, workforce time planning platforms, and absence approval solutions.
