Co-founders Matthew Pattoli and Grant Cooper say that the company is focusing on SMBs and foresee “many businesses deciding to invest in social media marketing in 2014-2015 because all of their current and potential customers are active on the popular social networks.”
Indeed, with the growing importance of social media in the digital world, businesses’ strong social media presence could lead to increased brand awareness and overall profitability. Fity Social Media’s service helps moderate businesses’ various social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and others with the goal of maximizing social media presence and engagement. Their Social Advertising Services help businesses run efficient and targeted Facebook and LinkedIn advertising campaigns to acquire customers at a low cost per click. Fity’s combination of services offered ensures that businesses could maximize their brand awareness and engage with their customers across owned, paid, and earned media channels.
The other players in the social media marketing category include other social media marketing agencies such as Fanscape, Ignite Social Media, Mint Social, 360i, Outspoken Media, Marketing Nutz, Brickfish, and others. While the more established companies such as Mint Social and Ignite Social Media offer more comprehensive packages including blog content creation, online reputation management, and social media widgets, Fity Social Media differentiates from them by focusing its services exclusively on social media management and advertising. In addition, its lightness of functionality and affordability of pricing also make it stand out from the rest of the companies in the landscape: its Enterprise Package comes at $799 per month, compared to Marketing Nutz’s starting budget of $2,500 per month and Outspoken Media’s $3,000 per month. Pattoli and Cooper say that Fity Social Media differentiates itself from the rest by specializing in delivering affordable social media marketing services to SMBs.
Fity Social Media’s client portfolio includes a wide array of brands and businesses such as food network Cuisine Links, weight loss solution Slim Plate, custom shoes merchandiser Alberto Alinari, and many others. Cuisine Links looked to increase their potential targeted customer base through social media, and Fity Social Media was able to deliver an impressive 38% increase in Facebook likes in one month by creating engaging content and running effective advertising campaigns. Cuisine Links President Deepak Kumar attests, Fity Social Media “fully understands our target market and implements a professional voice to our brand by posting engaging content for our fans and followers.”.
As brands and businesses worldwide adopt marketing automation platforms to increase the efficiency of their lead generation and management efforts, the importance of a strong social media presence should not be underestimated.
